Swain County does not publish an official online roster or booking-photo grid. The Swain County Sheriff’s Office and jail maintain county booking material, the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction publishes records for state prison and supervision, and the North Carolina courts document what happens after booking. This site organizes those official sources, practical lookup steps, and public-record request routes without storing the underlying records or images.
